Our centres provide general practice, dental, radiology, telehealth, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialist services, bringing quality healthcare together under one roof.

As our organisation and marketing function continue to grow, we are excited to introduce a newly created Marketing Executive role.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll support the delivery of patient, healthcare professional (HCP) and corporate marketing initiatives across the Cornerstone Health network. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to CRM, digital marketing, social media, customer experience, local area marketing and brand activities.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing initiatives across our medical centre network

· Support HCP commencement and communication activities
- Manage patient and HCP CRM communications and campaigns
- Coordinate social media content and publishing
- Monitor customer experience metrics, including NPS and Google Reviews
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns,



reporting and day-to-day marketing operations
- Work closely with centre operations teams and key stakeholders across the business

About you You'll be a proactive marketer who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring

- 2-4 years' experience in a marketing, brand or campaign coordination role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- A solutions-focused mindset and willingness to get things done

Location & Travel This role is based in our North Sydney office and is a full time office-based position. Occasional travel to our centres and interstate locations, including Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, may be required from time to time.
