About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, communications, events, lead generation and product marketing.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution. You will work closely with sales, engineering, customer success and senior leadership to strengthen our market position, generate qualified opportunities, support customer retention and bring new products and solutions to market.

Specifically this will include

- Developing and executing the annual marketing plan in line with company growth objectives
- Establishing campaign priorities, budgets, performance measures and marketing KPIs
- Developing targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture opportunities
- Managing the company website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and digital advertising
- Creating high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, presentations, videos, case studies, tender content and customer communications
- Developing value propositions, positioning statements and go-to-market plans




- Leading product launches and recent solution introductions
- Coordinating trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events and sponsorships

About you You are a proactive marketing professional who can set direction, manage competing priorities and personally deliver high-quality work. You combine creative thinking with commercial judgement and use data to evaluate performance and improve results.

You will bring

- At least five years’ experience in a marketing role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple marketing channels and campaigns
- Strong copywriting, content development and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics
- Experience developing professional sales and marketing collateral
- Strong project management and organisational capability
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High attention to detail and a practical, results-focused approach.

Experience within or an interest in learning about B2B technology, SaaS, local government or infrastructure markets will be well regarded. Experience supporting tender submissions, together with a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, would also be advantageous. Why Duncan?
