Taurus Marketing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Marketing Specialist to join the team.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused marketing role responsible for driving Taurus brand, digital marketing, lead generation and business development initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen the Taurus brand, generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded, data-driven, and confident in taking ownership of projects from strategy through to execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives that support business growth and revenue generation
- Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, content, advertising, website and promotional channels
- Supporting and executing lead generation and new business development activities
- Managing and promoting the Taurus brand across relevant channels and platforms
- Creating high-quality marketing and business development content and collateral
- Conducting market research and using marketing data and insights to identify opportunities
- Monitoring marketing performance and providing regular reporting and recommendations
- Supporting the development and promotion of Taurus service offerings
- Working closely with the CEO and wider team to ensure marketing activity aligns with broader business objectives
- Representing the Taurus brand professionally across marketing, networking, events and business development activities
- Managing and developing international business relationships to support business growth

Skills & Experience The successful candidate will have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing and business development
- Demonstrated experience developing,



executing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent English
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in B2B marketing tactics and principles
- Experience and proficiency with CRM systems, Canva and Microsoft Office
- Experience and proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Rank Math, WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, Meta Business Suite, Google and OpenAI advertising tools
- Detailed data analytics skills with a strong understanding of lead generation, digital advertising, SEO, AIO and content marketing
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of written work
- Experience working across international markets and managing business relationships in the Northern Hemisphere

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
