The Opportunity

You'll be trusted to bring ideas to the table, lead projects, and help shape the future of our marketing activity across multiple brands.

What Success Looks Like

In this role you'll:




- Deliver campaigns that increase customer engagement and venue visitation
- Grow and strengthen loyalty and membership programs
- Create content that enhances brand awareness and customer connection
- Build strong relationships with venue and operational teams
- Use customer insights and data to inform marketing decisions
- Contribute to the continued growth of EDP Hotels and Elevate Club Management

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-venue channels
- Manage and grow customer loyalty and CRM initiatives
- Create engaging content, graphics, and promotional materials
- Develop social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Coordinate marketing activity for events, promotions, and activations
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
- Build Board and leadership presentations, reports, and marketing insights
- Track campaign performance, budgets, and ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, venue teams, and external partners
- Support brand consistency across multiple venues and customer touchpoints

About You

You're equally comfortable developing strategy, creating content, and rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns.

You'll Bring





- Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or advertising role
- Experience with CRM campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation
- Solid copywriting, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
- Ability to complete police and reference checks

Highly Regarded

- Hospitality, hotel, club, tourism, or entertainment industry experience
- Graphic design capability
- Experience using Canva AI and AI-powered creative tools
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
