About the Company

Our client is a well-established civil construction contractor based in Perth, with a strong reputation for delivering quality infrastructure and civil construction projects across Western Australia.

With a solid track record in the industry, they are recognised for their commitment to safety, quality project delivery and building strong relationships with clients and project teams. Due to ongoing project requirements, they are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to join their team and oversee regional earthworks and road construction projects.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civils Project Manager to take ownership of regional civil construction projects across Western Australia, with a focus on earthworks and road infrastructure.

Working on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, you will be responsible for managing project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of earthworks, road construction and associated civil infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project planning, programming, budgets, forecasting and cost control to achieve project targets.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and plant resources to ensure efficient project execution.




- Monitor project progress against schedules, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements, quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and review project reports, progress claims, variations and commercial documentation.
- Drive a strong safety culture while maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within the civil construction industry.
- A strong background in earthworks, road construction and regional civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, programs, resources and subcontractors.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage costs, variations, forecasting and project performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A sound understanding of Australian WHS requirements, quality assurance and environmental compliance.
- The ability to work autonomously, solve problems and drive projects through to successful completion.




- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.
