About the OpportunityYou will provide telehealth consultations to patients seeking assessment and ongoing management of conditions where medicinal cannabis may be considered clinically appropriate.




The clinic has an established national presence and is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a strong focus on patient-centred care, clinical quality and continuity of treatment.
The consulting model is designed to support clinical independence, with doctors remunerated on an hourly basis rather than according to patient volumes or consultation billings.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct telehealth consultations with new and existing patients.
- Assess patient histories, clinical needs and treatment suitability.
- Develop appropriate treatment and ongoing management plans.
- Prescribe medicinal cannabis where clinically indicated and in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient progress, treatment effectiveness and potential adverse effects.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Collaborate with the wider clinical and administrative team to ensure continuity of patient care.

About YouWe welcome applications from doctors who:

- Hold current medical registration with AHPRA.
- Have experience in general practice, primary care or another relevant clinical setting.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and a patient-centred approach.




- Are comfortable delivering consultations through telehealth.
- Have an interest in medicinal cannabis therapeutics and evidence-based prescribing.
- Can commit approximately 8–16 consulting hours per week.

Previous medicinal cannabis prescribing experience is advantageous but not essential. Doctors interested in developing their expertise in this area are encouraged to apply, with clinical onboarding and ongoing education available.
Engagement and Remuneration

- Location: Australia-wide | Fully remote
- Commencement: Immediate / As soon as available
- Working hours: Approximately 8–16 hours per week
- Consulting availability: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm Queensland time
- Remuneration: $200–$300 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
- Engagement: Independent contractor (ABN), with alternative arrangements considered
- Training: Clinical onboarding and ongoing education provided
