We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for a large scale project in our client's Parkhurst workshop

These roles will involve a mix of overhaul and rebuild work, supporting a range of mining related projects.

- Location: Parkhurst, QLD (workshop based home every night)
- Remuneration: $50.00/hour plus penalty rates
- Shifts/hours:Monday to Friday (Full time hours with regular OT as required)
- Requirements: Trade certificate, ability to pass pre-employment medical, advantageous would be gantry and forklift high risk licenses

Your main responsibilities will involve

- Stripping, assessing and rebuilding components and equipment
- Carrying out mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Diagnosing faults and performing troubleshooting activities
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with site safety and compliance requirements
