NSAudiology is a private, independent hearing clinic; the role is based at our St Leonards clinic. Our clinics provide all brands of modern digital hearing aids and assisted listening devices, tailored to each person’s hearing profile. Our services include comprehensive hearing tests, balance assessments, tinnitus treatment, auditory processing (APD) testing, and custom noise and swim plugs.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable Medical Receptionist for an ongoing, permanent part-time position, working every Thursday and Friday on-site. This is a long-term role for someone who wants a settled routine and a place in a small, stable team, not a short-term or stopgap position.

You’ll be the first face our clients see, so you’ll:

- Greet clients and manage check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and answer phone and general enquiries
- Coordinate client flow with our clinicians
- Update patient records and handle day-to-day administration




- Process payments
- Maintain a welcoming front desk while upholding confidentiality and professionalism

- About You

- Strong reception experience, ideally in a medical or allied health setting
- Confident with appointment scheduling, office software and electronic booking systems
- Warm, professional phone manner and clear communication
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Basic familiarity with medical terminology (hearing and balance knowledge is a plus; we’ll train the rest)
- Commitment to respectful, inclusive client service
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Genuinely available every Thursday and Friday, with no fixed end date in mind
