What you'll be doing This is a hands-on Leading Hand role. You'll be on the tools while guiding your crew and keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish.

Day-to-day, you'll be:





- Installing metal roofing and flashings to commercial specifications
- Leading and supporting a small in office team
- Coordinating daily tasks to keep projects on track
- Upholding high safety and quality standards on site
- Communicating with supervisors and clients as needed
- Setting the standard — in workmanship and attitude

What you'll need to be considered

- Full Australian working rights (essential)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial metal roofing experience
- White Card and Working at Heights ticket (essential)
- Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
- Confidence leading a crew and making decisions on site
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
