AUS Employment is seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to join an established mining operation on a 3-6-month project, with potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor with a strong background in mine services, operational leadership and heavy mobile equipment activities.

- Roster: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
- Duration: 3-6 months, with potential for extension

About the Role As a Mine Services Supervisor, you will oversee daily mine services activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with operational requirements.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supervising drill pattern preparation
- Overseeing road maintenance activities
- Coordinating watercart operations
- Managing dozer and grader activities
- Overseeing general mine services and maintenance tasks
- Leading and supporting operational teams to achieve safety and production targets




- Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and operational standards

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Section 26 (S26)
- Previous supervisory experience within a mining setting
- Demonstrated experience with dozers, graders and watercarts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to safety and operational excellence
- The ability to coordinate teams and manage competing operational priorities
