Mobile Maintenance Supervisors | Glencore Mcarthur River Mine

Stellar Recruitment - Townsville City, QLD

Mining, Oil & Gas

Source: uWorkin Stellar Recruitment is partnering with Glencore's McArthur River Mine to appoint experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisors to its maintenance leadership team.

If you know mobile mining equipment and enjoy leading tradespeople in a high-performing environment, this offers an attractive combination: a 2/2 roster, quality operation, strong package and the opportunity to build your career within Glencore.

We are particularly interested in supervisors with strong experience across Epiroc D65's, DML/Pit Viper drills and CAT digging equipment.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to supervise from behind a desk. We're looking for visible maintenance leaders who understand their equipment, know how to get the best from their crews and can drive safe, reliable fleet performance.

Work Environment

- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster
- FIFO travel arrangements, or a $10,500 Darwin allowance
- Attractive remuneration plus STIP
- Work with major mobile mining equipment including CAT dig units and Epiroc drills
- Established mine, camp and support infrastructure
- Genuine opportunity to develop within a major mining operation
- Long-term career possibilities across the broader Glencore business

McArthur River Mine provides the sort of scale and exposure that can accelerate a maintenance career. Come for the roster. Build your reputation. See where Glencore can take you.
