THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced mortgage broker who is confident managing clients, developing lending strategies and working collaboratively with our credit and support team.

Your responsibilities will include

? Managing residential and investment lending enquiries from initial consultation through to settlement.

? Conducting client discovery meetings and understanding short-term and long-term financial goals.

? Developing tailored lending strategies, including refinancing,



equity releases, investment purchases and portfolio structuring.

? Assessing borrowing capacity, lender suitability and credit policy requirements.

? Presenting recommendations and guiding clients through their lending journey.

? Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referral partners and industry professionals.

? Working closely with our credit analysts and client services team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

? Identifying opportunities to help existing clients achieve their next property goals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a mortgage broker.

✅ Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking as a minimum, with a Diploma highly regarded.

✅ Strong knowledge of residential lending, investment lending and lender credit policies.

✅ Experience with complex lending scenarios, self-employed borrowers and investment loan structures.

✅ Excellent communication, relationship management and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of client outcomes.

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

✅ A genuine interest in property, finance and helping clients build wealth.





Experience with Mercury Nexus and Connective would be advantageous.
