About the role
You’ll guide clients through the home loan process, understand their goals and circumstances, research suitable lending options, and manage applications through to settlement. You’ll also build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.
About you
You’ll bring
- Experience as a mortgage broker, lender or finance professional
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach and the ability to explain lending options clearly
- Confidence managing leads and applications from initial conversation through to settlement
- Motivation to contribute to a collaborative team
- Relevant mortgage broking qualifications and industry accreditation, or a willingness to obtain them
