The Role

As Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Hervey Bay dealership. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a hands-on approach to team management, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and administration
- Drive profitability, business growth, and performance targets
- Foster a customer-first culture across all departments




- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
- Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives
- Report to and collaborate with head office to align on strategic objectives

About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the automotive or motorcycle industry (Dealer Principal or General Manager highly regarded)
- Solid financial and operational management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
