As our Retail Manager, here’s what you’ll achieve:

- Play a key role in the Leadership Team of a dynamic, growing local business
- Be the face of our retail business across two locations, building relationships with clients and helping solve their pool problems
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations, commercial performance and continued growth of our two retail stores
- Recruit, lead, coach and develop an awesome team of Retail Assistants
- Drive high standards in customer service, merchandising,



store presentation and operational compliance
- Build relationships with trade partners and oversee inventory management
- Drive sales, profitability and business growth – with the chance to be rewarded for outstanding performance
