Are you a recent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate looking to build your career in construction and infrastructure?

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to join the project team in Jindabyne, NSW.

This is an opportunity to gain practical, hands‑on experience working alongside experienced engineers and construction professionals on infrastructure projects, with exposure to engineering coordination, site activities, quality assurance, and project delivery.

We are looking for someone eager to learn, proactive, organised, and ready to develop their technical and professional skills in a site-based environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Assist with the coordination of engineering and construction activities on site.
- Support the review of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and materials tracking.




- Help monitor project progress, schedules, and construction milestones.
- Participate in site inspections and assist with quality assurance and compliance documentation.
- Support testing, installation, commissioning, and handover activities where applicable.
- Prepare reports, maintain project records, and update engineering documentation.

About You:

- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
