Frankston City Council is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, reporting to the Coordinator Business Partnering.

You will lead employee relations, investigations, performance matters and organisational change, partnering with managers and directors to support workforce planning in a fast-moving local government setting. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are offered with a supportive P&C; team.
