- Prepare and cook a full range of naan and Indian breads in the tandoor, including plain, garlic, butter, cheese and stuffed naans, kulcha and roti
- Make and manage dough prep for each service
- Cook tandoori items such as kebabs and tikka as needed
- Keep up with busy dinner and takeaway service
- Maintain the tandoor and keep your station clean and food-secure
- Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
