About the Role This is a newly created role for an experienced property services contracts and procurement leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and working in the detail.

You will take ownership of the commercial and contractual performance of Regis’ national property services portfolio, spanning critical services including mechanical, HVAC, fire, electrical and other hard and soft FM categories.

This is not an oversight-only role. You will personally contribute to the development of detailed service scopes and tender documentation, lead complex negotiations and establish the governance, performance and commercial frameworks that sit behind our national supplier relationships.

You will





- Lead national sourcing and tendering across property and facilities services, from strategy and detailed specifications through evaluation, negotiation, award and mobilisation
- Own major service contracts throughout their lifecycle, including pricing, variations, performance, extensions, renewals and replacement
- Establish robust contract governance, KPIs, SLAs, supplier reviews, commercial controls and escalation frameworks
- Challenge and support suppliers to improve service quality, compliance, value and consistency across the national portfolio
- Use portfolio scale and commercial insight to deliver savings, cost avoidance and better whole-of-life service outcomes
- Lead the Property Services Administration function responsible for governance of approximately 17,000 annual work orders
- Strengthen contractor onboarding, compliance, maintenance workflows, reporting and service delivery
- Partner with Property, Operations, Finance and executive stakeholders to improve the maturity and performance of the broader property services operating model

What You'll Bring

We are looking for someone with deep, practical experience in property and facilities services contracts, rather than general procurement or property management experience alone.

You'll ideally bring

- 10+ years' experience across property services procurement,



FM contracts and strategic sourcing
- Demonstrated experience personally developing and running complex tenders for recurring facilities services
- Strong working knowledge of technical FM categories such as HVAC, mechanical, fire, electrical, essential services and preventative maintenance
- End-to-end contract lifecycle experience, from scope development and tendering through mobilisation, performance management, variations, renewal and replacement
- Strong commercial and negotiation capability, including pricing models, schedules of rates, expenditure validation and value-for-money analysis
- Demonstrated experience establishing supplier KPIs, SLAs, performance reviews and remediation plans
- Practical understanding of planned and reactive maintenance, work-order environments and contractor management
- Experience developing governance frameworks, reporting and contract-management systems in complex multi-site environments
- Strong leadership capability with the willingness to remain personally involved in detailed execution
- Confidence influencing operational, commercial and executive stakeholders and constructively challenging suppliers when required
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Property, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded
