Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated New Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our team.

Services are provided through our six main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.

About the Role:

These are fixed-term roles - one for 12 months until December 2027, and the other for 24 months until January 2029.

Our rotational program provides the opportunity to develop broad clinical skills across a diverse range of services and settings. Rotations are available throughout the continuum of care, including Acute, Subacute, Community, Hand Therapy, and Paediatrics,

with individual rotations ranging from 6 to 12 months in duration. Working within a supportive learning environment, you will further develop your clinical skills in assessment, intervention and discharge planning while contributing to positive patient outcomes.

These rotational positions work across Northern Health's major campuses, including Northern Hospital Epping, Bundoora Centre, and Broadmeadows Hospital. The program offers valuable exposure to diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary teams, supporting your transition into a confident and capable clinician.

Please note that two rotations work over the weekend, with shifts rostered Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A positive attitude to lifelong learning
- Interest in gaining experience across the continuum of care
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
