About this opportunity

We are excited to welcome a Novated Lease Consultant to our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Novated Vehicle Leasing, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their novated leasing journey, from their initial enquiry and vehicle selection through to finance approval, settlement and delivery. You'll combine your sales experience, financial knowledge and commitment to exceptional service to help our customers find solutions that suit their needs. This is a consultative sales role where building trust, educating customers, and delivering a excellent service experience will ensure you achieve results.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing inbound enquiries and guiding customers through the novated leasing process from initial consultation to vehicle delivery.
- Preparing accurate, competitive and transparent novated lease quotations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Building trusted relationships with customers, understanding their circumstances and helping them make informed decisions.
- Managing your sales pipeline, following up enquiries and working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Reviewing customer financial information and preparing accurate finance applications in line with financier lending policies.
- Explaining lease structures, salary packaging arrangements, insurance, financial obligations and end-of-lease options in clear, straightforward language.
- Working closely with internal teams, financiers, dealerships and other external partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

About you





To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience in a customer service and sales role, ideally within financial services or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a way customers can easily understand.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
- Confidence using CRM systems and other digital platforms.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and commitment to achieving targets.

It would also be great if you have:

- Previous experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, vehicle finance or lending.
- Experience assessing financial information and preparing credit applications.
- An understanding of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), including electric vehicle considerations.
- Knowledge of relevant financial services compliance requirements.

While industry-specific experience would be an advantage, we also welcome applications from customer-focused sales professionals with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
