Electrical Supervisor – starting next week

4VOLT Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor and NSW Licensed Electricians for a solar farm project in Dubbo, NSW.

We need a supervisor to start next week, with additional electrician positions expected to commence in the coming weeks.

Sydney-based and interstate applicants holding a current NSW Electrical Licence are welcome. Accommodation is provided by the client.

What’s on offer

• Competitive Rates (TFN or ABN).

- Project duration of approximately 4–6 months
- $120 daily meal allowance
- Accommodation provided
- Substantial overtime: currently 10-hour weekdays plus Saturday work
- Hours may increase as the project progresses

We’re looking for a hands-on supervisor who can lead the electrical team, coordinate daily activities and help deliver work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will need

• A current NSW Electrical Licence





- Previous electrical supervision or leading hand experience
- Solid communication and team leadership skills
- Experience working on construction or industrial projects
- A strong commitment to site safety and quality

NSW Licensed Electricians – upcoming starts

You will need

- A current NSW Electrical Licence
- A current White Card
- Relevant electrical installation experience
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Availability to work in Dubbo for the project duration

Previous solar farm experience will be highly regarded.
