We're Growing Our Team!

Neurolight Occupational Therapy is a registered NDIS provider offering community-based occupational therapy services across Sydney.

We're looking for passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing team, supporting children, young people and adults in their everyday environments.

Whether your experience is in paediatrics, adult disability or both, we'd love to hear from you!

About Neurolight OT

Neurolight was founded on the belief that meaningful therapy begins with understanding the person behind the goals.

We value genuine relationships, individual differences and strengths-based practice. Our focus is on providing thoughtful, practical and evidence-informed OT services that make a meaningful difference in people's everyday lives.

As a growing practice, we're looking to connect with clinicians who share these values and are interested in growing alongside us.

About the Role

We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists interested in working across one or more of the following areas:

Paediatric Community OT

- Deliver individualised OT intervention to children and young people aged 2–18.
- Provide therapy across homes, schools and early childhood settings.
- Support emotional regulation, executive functioning, play and social participation, fine motor skills, self-care and school participation.
- Collaborate with families, educators and other allied health professionals.
- Complete clinical documentation,

assessments and progress reports as required.

Adult NDIS OT

- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and functional assessments.
- Assess daily living skills, independence and community participation.
- Provide recommendations for assistive technology, environmental modifications and ongoing supports within your clinical scope.
- Prepare clear, evidence-based reports to support participants' functional needs.
- Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators and other service providers.

You do not need to work across both caseloads. Your caseload will be aligned with your clinical experience, interests and availability. Why Join Neurolight?

- Flexibility: Opportunities to arrange your working hours and caseload around your availability.
- Clinical Autonomy: Use your professional reasoning and therapeutic approach to provide individualised, person-centred support.
- Meaningful Community Practice: Work with clients in their natural environments, where everyday participation happens.
- Supportive Collaboration: Opportunities for clinical discussion, shared resources and professional connection.
- Growing Opportunities:

Be part of a developing OT practice with opportunities to contribute your ideas as the team expands.

About You We'd love to hear from Occupational Therapists who:

- Hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Have experience or a strong interest in paediatric or adult disability practice.
- Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Have strong written communication and report-writing skills.
- Value person-centred, strengths-based and evidence-informed practice.
- Are organised, reliable and comfortable working independently in community settings.
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hold or are willing to obtain the relevant NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, where applicable.
- Have appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance for contractor work.

Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments, working with NDIS participants or providing community-based therapy will be highly regarded. Interested in Joining Us?

We'd love to learn more about you, your clinical interests and what you're looking for in your next role.
