This is an opportunity to join a growing local practice supporting children and families across Western Sydney, with a combination of clinic-based and community-based therapy. You'll help children develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to participate more fully at home, school and in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Completing occupational therapy assessments and developing individualised intervention plans

- Delivering engaging, evidence-informed therapy tailored to each child's strengths, interests and goals

- Supporting fine motor skills, handwriting, gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation and functional independence

- Working collaboratively with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals to support progress across everyday environments

- Preparing clinical documentation, progress reports and recommendations to guide ongoing intervention

- Managing your caseload and maintaining professional standards, including appropriate communication with families and stakeholders

About You

- Occupational Therapist qualification

- Current graduates are encouraged to apply

- Genuine interest in working with children and adolescents

- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
