PeopleKey is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Nexus & Biometric Time and Attendance Implementation IT Support Specialist to join our Professional Services and Support team. You will drive end-to-end customer implementations and deploy biometric time systems for clients across Australia.

This role requires hands-on software and hardware deployment, solid troubleshooting, and excellent communication as you train customers, coordinate with payroll and HR, and ensure successful deployments
