ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Deputy Company Secretary and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in developing and embedding risk and compliance frameworks across the organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Risk & Compliance Analyst seeking greater ownership,
or a Risk Advisory Consultant looking to make their first move into industry.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve risk management frameworks, policies and procedures
- Consolidate existing risk registers and processes across business units
- Support regulatory compliance, corporate governance and assurance activities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate business risks
- Drive process improvements and support the implementation of new governance, risk and compliance systems
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- 3-5+ years' experience in Risk, Compliance, Governance or Risk Advisory
- Background in a regulated industry such as financial services, energy, infrastructure, transport or property
- Experience developing, implementing or improving risk and compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence senior leadership
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously in a growing business
