Description

- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve organisational goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
- Analyse operational data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Profile A successful Operations Manager should have:





- Demonstrated experience in managing operations within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving results.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
- Solid understanding of budget management and financial performance analysis.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the Hospitality & Leisure sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a varied environment.

Job Offer

- Competitive salary package ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 AUD plus super.
