- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage inventory control and distribution processes.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company objectives.

- Monitor and improve performance metrics across logistics activities.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for seamless operations.

The Successful Applicant A successful Operations Manager should have:

- Demonstrated experience in a hands-on import-export leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of logistics practices, particularly in relation to customs bonded warehouses or depots.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and improve operational performance.

- Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
