About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic Optical Assistant / Optical Dispenser to join our growing team.

- No optical experience? No problem – full training will be provided.
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Mandarin speaking is essential to support our customer base; Cantonese is a plus




- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
- Well-presented, reliable and proactive
- Flexible to work retail hours, including late nights and weekends

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and assist customers throughout their optical journey
- Help customers select eyewear that suits their needs, style and lifestyle
- Provide frame styling and fitting assistance
- Assist with optical dispensing and product recommendations
- Support appointment bookings, customer enquiries and day-to-day store operations
- Support our optometrists in delivering an excellent patient experience
- Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to sales performance
- Work as part of a supportive and professional team
