We are seeking a seasoned change professional to support a significant transformation program within a complex enterprise environment. This is a high impact role where you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive organisational change, workforce transition activities, business readiness, and successful adoption of new ways of working.

This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in large-scale transformation environments and can confidently navigate organisational design, stakeholder engagement, workforce impacts, and implementation planning.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead organisational change activities across a major transformation program.

– Develop and execute change strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.

– Assess organisational impacts and support workforce transition activities.

– Partner with business leaders to drive engagement and change adoption.

– Monitor change readiness, risks, issues and advantages realisation.

About You





You will bring demonstrated experience leading organisational change initiatives across large scale transformation programs. With strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you are confident working with senior executives, managing workforce transition activities, and delivering change strategies that support successful adoption and business outcomes within complex environments.

Highly Regarded

– Experience working within large enterprise or government environments.

– Workforce planning, restructuring or operating model transformation experience.

– Prosci or other Change Management certification.
