The Surf House is a premium accommodation experience, in the centre of beautiful Byron Bay.

We offer an array of accommodation options, from private rooms to premium shared spaces. We have a rooftop bar serving drinks and pizza 7 days a week. We also have a newly built Sauna and Ice bath for guests.

Our philosophy is to sell an experience and not just a bed and we need the right staff to do it - we aim to surprise every guest with professionalism, knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Guests have full access to an extensive list of free activities, including yoga, free surfboards, trivia nights, pool competitions, beer pong and much more.

What we are looking for:

An chance has become available on our reception team working overnights. The shifts run from 10PM to 6:30AM.





We currently need Wednesday, Thursday and Friday covered (set days) with the opportunity of an additional Tuesday in the future if desired.

Reception or front desk experience is preferred but not essential for this position.

We are looking for friendly, self-motivated and responsible individuals who are eager to make a difference and are able manage an overnight shift independently.

Please note we are seeking a team member who is looking for long-term employment and available to work on a rotating roster.

We are looking for a minimum commitment period of 6+ months.
