- Leading Hand or Foreperson experience
- Reads specs and project documents with ease
- White Card and a current driver's licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Bonus points: EWP licence, Working at Heights, and time on scaffold and swing stages

WARNING May cause pride. Suits someone who leads from the front, brings apprentices along, and can't walk past a missed spot.
