- $100K to $115K, or $55 to $62 an hour casual, with super and portable long service leave on top.
- A fully maintained vehicle.
- and jobs lined up near home wherever possible.

Dulux has just released its 2027 Colour Forecast, and the word is that beige is finally on its way out. Someone still has to cut it in clean, forty metres up on a swing stage. CONTENTS

- An extra allowance for swing stage work
- Real growth opportunities, not just a bigger brush
- A crew that genuinely likes working there

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

- Get across scope, specs and timelines with the Project Manager
- Run your crew, and pick up a brush alongside them
- Keep the site safe, tidy and on program
- Keep the PM and the client in the loop

COVERAGE Commercial repaints across Perth metro: strata, schools, aged care, offices and infrastructure. Some at ground level.

Plenty not.

SURFACE PREP (the must haves)

- Trade qualification in Painting and Decorating
- Leading Hand or Foreperson experience
- Reads specs and project documents with ease
- White Card and a current driver's licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Bonus points: EWP licence, Working at Heights, and time on scaffold and swing stages

WARNING May cause pride. Suits someone who leads from the front, brings apprentices along, and can't walk past a missed spot.

APPLY

Hit apply and tell me the biggest job you've run a crew on. I'll call for a chat, then it's straight to the client.

Two coats, no holidays. (The missed-spot kind. Your annual leave is safe.)
