This is a full time panel beater role based in North Narrabeen, NSW 2101. As a panel beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a skilled team at Narrabeen Smash Repairs.
What you'll be doing
1. Perform high-quality repairs to a variety of vehicle makes and models
2. Use specialised tools and equipment to straighten, shape and align vehicle panels
3. Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting and refinishing
4. Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety requirements
5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualifications in panel beating or a related automotive trade
2. Proven experience as a panel beater, ideally in a smash repair workshop
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
4. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
5.
Good communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
6. A driver's licence and your own tools are essential
