Your Next Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Park & Community Manager to lead our team at South West Rocks Holidays and Community.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll oversee both the holiday park and lifestyle community operations, ensuring exceptional guest and resident experiences while driving strong commercial and operational outcomes. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, thriving environment where holidaymakers, residents, team members and visitors feel valued and connected.

South West Rocks Holidays offers a relaxed coastal getaway with great facilities, stunning beaches, and easy access to the region's natural attractions and outdoor adventures, while the adjoining community provides residents with a vibrant and welcoming place to call home.

In This Role, You'll

- Lead the day-to-day operations of both the holiday park and lifestyle community.
- Deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences, driving satisfaction, engagement and community connection.
- Oversee occupancy, revenue, administration, presentation standards and financial performance, including budget and P&L; management.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.




- Build strong relationships with guests, residents, team members, contractors, local partners and regulatory bodies.
- Deliver resident lifestyle, wellbeing and community engagement initiatives that enhance connection and belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legislative and operational requirements while maintaining high asset and presentation standards.
- Proactively resolve guest, resident and operational issues while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

You're Likely a Match If You

- Have experience leading operations within hospitality, tourism, property, lifestyle communities, retirement living, accommodation or customer-focused environments.
- Build strong relationships and consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Are commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, financial performance and operational targets.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, creating a positive culture focused on collaboration and results.
- Handle challenging situations with confidence, empathy and professionalism.
- Are highly organised, adaptable and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bring a hands-on leadership style, integrity, initiative and a genuine passion for creating great places to live and stay.
- You're someone who brings energy, ideas and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems and creating moments that matter.
