We are seeking an exceptional Practice Nurse to join our friendly and highly respected general practice team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse who is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care while working alongside a supportive team of experienced GPs, nurses, and administrative staff.
About the Role
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive nursing services, including:
- Chronic disease management and care planning
- Immunisations and vaccination programs
- Health assessments and preventative health initiatives
- Wound care and procedural assistance
- Care coordination and patient education
- Management of recalls and reminders
- Supporting GPs with various clinical and treatment room procedures
What We Are Looking For
We are searching for a nurse who:
- Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Has experience in General Practice nursing (preferred)
- Demonstrates excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Has a genuine passion for patient-centred care
- Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently when required
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences
