Partnerships Coordinator
Full-time | Barangaroo, Sydney | Client-side role
About the opportunity
Are you a highly organised coordinator who loves keeping things moving? We're looking for a proactive Partnerships Coordinator to join a major telecommunications account, working client-side as part of a busy Brand & Partnerships team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across music partnerships, presales, competitions, events and social content for a leading Australian brand. You'll play a key role in keeping campaigns organised, assets moving, approvals on track and stakeholders connected.
This is primarily an operations and coordination role, ideal for someone who thrives on the detail, enjoys working across multiple projects and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your role
Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of partnership activity, campaigns, social content and customer experiences.
You'll help manage timelines, campaign trackers, assets, approvals, ticketing and stakeholder communications, ensuring deliverables are accurate, organised and ready when they're needed.
You'll also have the opportunity to work across music and entertainment partnerships, competitions, events and social media activity, gaining valuable exposure to how major brand campaigns come together.
A typical day might include…
Partnerships & campaign coordination
- Maintaining campaign trackers, timelines, status updates and delivery schedules.
- Coordinating presales, including artist assets, ticketing links, codes, timings and launch information.
- Completing quality checks across campaign copy, dates, links, creative assets, offer details and mandatory terms.
- Coordinating the distribution of approved assets and campaign information to internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Supporting competitions, including setup, approvals, winner communications and prize fulfilment.
- Managing ticket allocations, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and event administration.
- Preparing meeting agendas, tracking actions and following up with stakeholders.
- Collating campaign results and partner deliverables for reporting and campaign wrap-ups.
Social & content coordination
- Maintaining the social content calendar across partnerships, presales, competitions, events and ongoing activity.
- Coordinating social assets, copy, approvals and publishing requirements.
- Drafting and adapting social copy in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Supporting content scheduling and publishing where required.
- Monitoring comments, mentions and user-generated content, identifying opportunities to amplify positive audience engagement.
- Drafting routine responses, directing customer enquiries through the appropriate channels and escalating sensitive issues.
- Capturing audience feedback and content performance insights.
Agency & stakeholder support
- Coordinating day-to-day activity with creative, social and partnership agencies.
- Gathering and consolidating feedback for review and approval.
- Ensuring stakeholders have the correct campaign information, assets and publishing requirements.
- Identifying missing information, potential risks and delays before they impact delivery.
You'll need…
- Experience in marketing, partnerships, social media, communications, events or campaign coordination.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills and confidence drafting clear, engaging copy.
- A working understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including social content and community management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly across campaign information, links, dates, creative assets and approvals.
- The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
- An understanding of the importance of brand guidelines, privacy, accessibility, content rights and competition requirements.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to manage routine tasks independently and escalate issues when needed.
- An interest in music, entertainment, partnerships and live experiences.
