As our Parts Interpreter, you will play a key role in establishing and growing our Warragul parts department. You will support customers across the agricultural, construction and lifestyle equipment industries, representing the renowned Kubota brand.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying, sourcing and supplying spare parts for tractors, mowers, skid steers and other machinery
- Assisting retail, trade and workshop customers with parts enquiries
- Processing parts orders, quotations and customer invoices
- Managing stock levels, inventory control and replenishment
- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock
- Supporting our service technicians with accurate and timely parts supply
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Helping develop and grow the parts business within the Warragul region
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient parts department
About you
- Previous experience in parts interpreting, ideally within agricultural machinery, automotive, truck, earthmoving or similar industries
- Good mechanical knowledge and an understanding of machinery components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
- A willingness to take ownership and contribute to the success of a new dealership
- Experience with Kubota machinery would be highly regarded, but is not essential
