Ghanem Group is an established family-owned hospitality leader with over 45 years of success. We are seeking a experienced Payroll Officer to join our team, and deliver end to end payroll support.

The Role

- Processing of payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Pay run STP finalisations and payslip uploads
- Preparation and administration of new employment contracts
- System setup and onboarding activities for new starters
- Timesheet and payroll data entry
- Responding to employee queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintenance of employee manuals, forms and templates
- Posting of all staff communications through timesheet system
- Compiling people-related data into reports for the management team
- Receive and direct phone calls as required
- Liaise with venues to allocate and distribute tips
- Monthly lodgements of the SGC, Labour invoicing and liability reports
- End of Financial year reporting for Payroll companies
- Any additional duties within your capability as directed by more senior members of the office

What We’re Looking For

- Min 2 years experience in general administrational role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsofe Excel and Gooogle sheets / Gmail suite
- Strong Communication skills, verbal andf written
- Exceptional attendtion to detail
- Previoous experience to payroll / HR practices and systems - Exposure to Tanda would be adventageous
- Good Organisatioal skills with the Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Must be self - directed and able to complete projects with limited supervisor
