About The Role

As a Permanent Educator, you’ll play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through engaging, play-based experiences.

Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll help create an environment where children feel a sense of belonging, families feel connected and educators are encouraged to share ideas and grow.

In This Role, You Will

- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Support children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
- Create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments.
- Contribute to observations, documentation and educational programs.
- Work collaboratively with your team to reflect on and strengthen practice.
- Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).

About You

You’re a caring and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about children’s learning and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

You’ll Bring

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- A current Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, as required.
- Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard.
- Confidence building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- A commitment to safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.
- A willingness to reflect, learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
- National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training, or willingness to complete it.
