My Own Care provides tailored support to individuals in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community participation programs across Adelaide, empowering participants to build independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily living, personal care, meal prep, and household tasks.

- Facilitate community, social, and recreational participation aligned with NDIS goals.

- Maintain safeguarding standards, privacy, and accurate progress reporting.

- Assist participants with basic care technologies and digital tools.

Key Requirements

- Experience in disability or community support, with a person-centred approach.

- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or related field (or currently studying).

- Flexibility to work diverse shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, First Aid certification, and Australian working rights.
