Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Preston Essendon North

Looking for a casual personal training role in Essendon North? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.




- What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Rent and support
