Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Greystanes

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Greystanes, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check. There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week,



approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Your responsibilities

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
