Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Merrylands West

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Merrylands West. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

How we support you

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Your responsibilities

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
