About the role

As a full-time pharmacist, you will be working as part of a dedicated, award-winning team. There may be times where you will work as the sole pharmacist; however you will be well supported by a team of experienced dispense techs and retail team members.

This role will require you to:

- Have current AHPRA registration - newly registered pharmacists are very welcome to apply
- First aid certification
- Dispense medications using Dispense Works - don’t worry, we’ll help you get familiar with this system if you don’t already know it
- Provide high levels of professional health care advice to our customers across the wide range of products and services offered by our pharmacy
- Work collaboratively with a great team to deliver high-quality customer care
- Ensure the safe dispensing of medication and adherence to pharmacy standards
- Build lasting relationships with the Colac community and play an active role in promoting health and wellbeing
- Administer opioid replacement therapy for our small program of clients
- Deliver vaccination services including flu, COVID, whooping cough and shingles
- Administer health checks including blood pressure, blood sugar monitoring, cholesterol and iron screening
- Work with our experienced team to deliver dose administration aids to our community and disability home customers




- Be involved in the VIC Pharmacy pilot programs
- Not be concerned about not knowing everything above, because our team will provide you with all the training and knowledge you need.

We are offering:

- An excellent salary based on skills and experience from $85,000 per year
