About us:

Love Pickle Club Western Sydney is on a mission to grow the Macarthur region's pickleball community, supporting the players already on court while introducing the game to many more people.

We operate two venues: 8 outdoor courts at Jack Nash Reserve, Currans Hill, and 6 indoor courts at Mount Annan Leisure Centre. With 14 courts between them, there's a court for every season and every style of play. We're proud to be part of Love Pickle Club, Australia and Recent Zealand's homegrown pickleball network.

As we grow, we will be offering social and open play, coaching and clinics, junior programs, and seasonal leagues and events, all booked through the Love Pickle Club app.

We're looking for an energetic, welcoming Pickleball Host to be the face of the club and help build these programs from the ground up.

About the role:

This is a full time position of 38 hours per week, based at our 8 court outdoor venue at Jack Nash Reserve. The role is made up of 36 hours of on court hosting and 2 hours of marketing and customer admin.

The roster includes mornings, evenings and weekends:

- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9am to 12pm and 6pm to 9pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 6pm to 9pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm
- Plus 2 hours of flexible marketing and admin time each week

What you'll do:

- Welcome players, manage check ins and keep all 8 courts running smoothly
- Host social and open play sessions, rotate players fairly and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere




- Introduce beginners to the game and make every newcomer feel at home
- Help launch and support coaching clinics, junior programs, leagues and events as they are introduced
- Manage bookings, memberships and enquiries through the Love Pickle Club app
- Keep the courts and equipment clean, safe and presentable
- Work with our graphic design and social media team to help create social media content, promote events and support member communications
- Respond to customer emails and messages and assist with general admin

What we're looking for:

- A genuine love of pickleball (or racquet sports) and people
- Friendly, confident and great at bringing a group together
- Reliable and comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Organised, with positive computer and smartphone skills
- Pickleball coaching qualifications are preferred but not compulsory
- Some social media or marketing experience is a bonus
- Current First Aid certificate and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
