Make a meaningful difference by helping young people living with disability build confidence, navigate workplace challenges and sustain employment.

your opportunity

As a Post Placement Support Coach, you will provide tailored in-work support to members participating in Inclusive Employment Australia. You will work closely with members and employers to strengthen workplace relationships, resolve challenges and support sustainable employment outcomes.

This hands-on regional role combines community and workplace-based support with detailed administration. You will maintain accurate records, collect employment evidence and support eligible outcome claims across our Kingaroy, Bundaberg and Pialba sites.

what you’ll do

- Support members to navigate workplace expectations, relationships and change so they can succeed in ongoing employment.
- Partner with employers to provide coaching, practical problem-solving and support that strengthens employment relationships.
- Collect and maintain accurate employment evidence for eligible 4, 12, 26 and 52-week outcome claims.
- Proactively follow up with members and employers to ensure records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and compliant.
- Provide practical support in members’ workplaces and promote inclusive practices and appropriate workplace or task adjustments.
- Travel regularly across the Wide Bay region and work flexibly, including occasional early starts or later finishes to align with workplace requirements.

what you’ll bring

Experience in employment services, post-placement support, in-work support or ongoing support will be highly regarded, but it is not essential. You may also bring transferable experience from disability support, youth work, community services, recruitment, administration or employer engagement.

You will also bring

- Strong administration and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence following up with members and employers to obtain evidence and maintain accurate, compliant records.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work towards regional KPI’s in a fast-paced, accountable environment.
- A calm,

empathetic and professional communication style that helps you build trust with young people and employers.
- An understanding of the challenges young people living with disability may experience and a commitment to helping them overcome barriers through employment.
- An unrestricted driver’s licence, as regular site and workplace visits are a core requirement of the role.
