We're open to hearing from experienced Practice Managers looking for their next chance, as well as Senior Veterinary Nurses or Nurse Team Leaders ready to take the next step into practice management.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems and bringing fresh energy to a team. You'll have the support and training to help you succeed, along with the opportunity to take ownership, introduce positive changes and make a genuine difference.

What you'll be doing

- Reviewing and improving workflows, rosters, systems and processes.
- Creating clarity around roles, responsibilities and expectations.

- Building a positive, collaborative and professional team culture.
- Working closely with the Lead Vet to align clinical priorities with operational goals.
- Overseeing recruitment, staffing, performance management and team development.
- Developing and monitoring clinic performance, budgets and commercial opportunities.
- Identifying ways to improve efficiency, client experience and business growth.

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who brings positive energy,

strong leadership and a genuine drive to make things happen.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous Practice Management experience, or strong leadership experience within a veterinary clinic.
- A veterinary nursing background, which would be highly regarded.
- Confidence leading people, setting clear expectations and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills and a passion for improving systems and consistency.
- The ability to navigate different personalities with professionalism, confidence and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- An interest in the commercial side of clinic management and opportunities for growth.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who sees opportunities rather than obstacles, enjoys taking initiative and is ready to lead positive change. Support to help you succeed

You'll have access to hands-on support, training and guidance to help you develop your skills, strengthen clinic operations and achieve your goals. Whether you're an established Practice Manager or transitioning from a senior nursing role, we'll support you to build on your strengths and grow in the position.

What's on offer?

- Flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Support and training tailored to your experience.
- An opportunity to take ownership and make a meaningful impact.
- The ability to shape systems, improve consistency and support team development.
