Reporting to a great Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of collections activities, managing outstanding accounts and following up on payment issues.

About the Role
You can expect to be hands-on with:
- Managing outstanding accounts and collections follow-ups
- Monitoring direct debit outcomes and payment arrangements
- Managing the collections inbox and responding to payment queries
- Following up on overdue payments via email and phone
- Investigating payment discrepancies and resolving account issues
- Reviewing account liabilities and relevant documentation
- Working with internal administration teams to resolve outstanding matters
- Maintaining accurate records and helping reduce outstanding collections
Who You Are
You have a high level of empathy and you're able to speak to and build relationships with people of all backgrounds.
- 2+ years' experience in collections
- Strong experience managing overdue accounts and payment follow-ups
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and account resolution
- Experience with aXcelerate or similar systems will be advantageous
