Our Federal Government agency is seeking TSPV-cleared ILS Managers/Project Officers to assist in the operations of a project/program/portfolio office and the delivery of projects.

This will be an initial 12-month contract role with 2 x 12-month extensions, available in either Canberra (ACT), Brisbane (QLD) or Melbourne (VIC). Candidates must have a TSPV clearance.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate ILS activities under general direction to enable the sustainment and operational readiness of ISR mission systems.
- Work with engineering, operations and project teams to translate system requirements into effective sustainment and support solutions across the lifecycle.
- Analyse and report on sustainment performance; including availability, reliability, maintainability and lifecycle costs to inform decision making and improve system outcomes.
- Support governance processes including sustainment reviews, design gate reviews and approval boards ensuring logistics considerations are appropriately integrated.
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, influencing support outcomes and coordinating contributions from service providers.
